Oscar Odhiambo
Chief Executive Officer
Oscar is the founder and CEO of Hope to Live Charity Organization, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable communities. With over five years of experience in the non-profit sector, Oscar has developed expertise in mobilizing support, policy influencing tactics, stakeholder analysis, policy making and implementation, making of problem and solution trees, capacity assessment, and monitoring and evaluation.
Through his work at Hope to Live Charity Organization, Oscar has made significant contributions to the organization’s mission and goals. He has developed successful fundraising campaigns, collaborated with key stakeholders to influence policy implementation, and led the organization’s efforts in capacity building and program evaluation.
In addition to his professional achievements, Oscar is deeply committed to philanthropy and has a passion for improving the lives of those in need. He has completed numerous trainings in non-profit management and leadership, and is dedicated to continuing his education and professional development.
As the CEO of Hope to Live Charity Organization, Oscar continues to lead the organization with a focus on impact and sustainability, and is committed to creating positive change in the communities the organization serves.
Rehema Rashid
Executive and Strategic Assistant
Rehema Rashid is an optimistic and passionate Development Officer with over 5 years of experience as an Account Developer. With a focus on developing the right action plan for unique needs, Rehema is committed to delivering her organization’s objectives of increased profitability, excellent customer service, donor stewardship, and excellent sales of the organization’s publicity.
Throughout her career, Rehema has developed a range of soft skills that have enabled her to consistently meet and exceed business KPIs. Her communication skills have allowed her to understand different communication styles and adjust her approach accordingly.
